Contemplating sleep….. But I have a few updates to make first.
Saturday:
Robyn and I were reunited after a full summer apart.
We decided upon making lemonade.
We bused down to the Byward market for some fresh lemons & raspberries.
We ended up doing a lot more than buy fruit!
We got matching henna
nail polish on sale
and I got myself some new gauges!
We went home, made the orange/lemon/lime aide,
made ice cubes with raspberries in them,
then did our nails.
Twas a glorious day :)
Sunday:
Let the gauging begin! My ears were so un co-operative.
Therefor it hurt. And I was displeased.
But my sister Didi came over and I saw the Hunger Games for the first time!
It was good!
…but I fell asleep…we both did…
Monday:
Saw Joseph! He's finally back from camp
Mo and I went over.
It was raining so we watched movies and ate Thai food all day.
Tuesday:
Ikea with the fam!
We picked out a new bed and couch for Ket and Cody
(they're moving out together this week!)
We also ate there… Best fries. Best chocolate milk.
Abby and Eve came over later!
They were sleeping over so we could all get lockers together the next morning.
We watched 4 eps of "The Big C"
In the evening we started our routine trek to centerpointe.
We bought half-baked ice cream <3333
When we got home we were all exhausted! But I couldn't sleep…
My ears were throbbing and I was hungry.
So I discovered Advil PM and crackers.
I fell asleep at 3.
I was awoken at 6.
Death.
Wednesday:
Eve woke me up at an ungodly hour.
I was still drowsy from the night time Advil, plus had no sleep.
We walked to the school, in the cold.
The line was already insane.
But at least we only waited an an hour and a half…
I got such a fabulous locker… beside Eve and Kelly, and across from Robyn :)
Waited another hour for my schedule… Ew
It's alright I guess. I don't care enough to call in and get it changed.
I walked home and slept for 4 hours :}
At about 5, I bused downtown to meet Hanna MacLeod.
I love that girl.
We got starbucks and shawarma and ice-cream and A&W.
HA. fats.
Then we saw the light show on Parliament hill.
We went home, did our nails, played guitar for an hour, laughed at tweets…
then of course made more food. :)
Finally went to bed.
Thursday:
I walked Hanna to the bus stop at 10:30. Came home and slept till 2.
Oh and I ate toast. The best toast.
I took a shower finally
then Maegan came over for dinner.
Along with Stevie, Didi, and Aunt Carol (who's staying with us)
Played guitar and listened to Ed Sheeran for a while…
And now I'm here, eyes barely open.
